In TodayOnline newspaper August 1, 2015:

“Beyond’s Healthy Start Child Development Centre, more than 90 per cent of its children are from households in the lower income bracket. The centre started operations in 2007, and initially, the average yearly attendance rates hovered around 50 to 60 per cent.”
